Our company’s vision, missions and commitments

ATI is a SME specialising in automation, industrial computing and wiring. Our top priority is to provide high quality products and services, as well as a good quality of life for all our employees.

Our main ambitions are :

• To increase our market share by diversifying our customer base and by showing that we are a young and dynamic company with a high level of skill.
• To establish a dynamic system for managing the quality of services in order to optimise the company’s organisation and risk prevention (personal, equipment and environmental) and therefore improve our overall efficiency.
• To increase the satisfaction and quality of life of our employees as well as our customers by the prevention of accidents and concern for others’ safety. This is an obligation shared by all of us.

Our approach is based on :

• Obtaining and keeping the LSC** certification (VCA**).
• Providing the equipment and human resources necessary for continuous improvement in our quality standards and the well-being of our employees.
• The standardisation and formalisation of procedures for wiring, electrical diagrams, programming, and documentation enabling people outside a project to assimilate it and intervene as soon as possible.
• Improving workshop organisation and infrastructure (storage area, etc.).
• The involvement and co-operation of all employees in :
  • continuous improvement, through their skills and experience,
  • compliance with regulations and specifications defined by the Customer and ATI,
  • permanent early accident prevention, by reporting and remedying any dangerous practice or situation,
  • respect for the environment, through waste recycling etc.
