DEGUSSA - REDUNDANT S7 System

ATI has worked for Dégussa, which specialises in chemicals. The project concerned two demineralisation lines and two condensing processing lines. ATI replaced a redundant S5 system with a new complete S7-400H system.

Filadelfia

ATI was chosen by Filadelfia, a recognised brand of pasta, to renew and improve the automation of a pasta dosage machine. The pasta is packaged in 500 and 250g packets with a tolerance of +/- 2 g. The rate required is a minimum of 22 packets/min. with a maximum 1% of waste (each packet is controlled after the dosage).
